About Emma Jones
As a mother herself, Emma understands the unique physical and emotional journey of pregnancy and new motherhood. Her passion is to empower women, helping them connect with their changing bodies and find strength and ease through tailored yoga practices. She builds a strong sense of community in her classes.
My experience
Emma is a Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher (RPYT) and has completed extensive training in pelvic floor health and core restoration. She works closely with expecting and new mothers to address common concerns like back pain and fatigue, providing tools and movements that can be used throughout pregnancy and beyond.
